Circuit Board Assembly
We built our company doing short run high mix manufacturing for our clients. We have grown into medium/high volumes, yet maintained our roots. With options for inventory management, scheduled shipments, and just in time deliveries to meet a customers supply chain needs.
Prototypes
We'll quote and build turnkey design prototypes to your specifications. Quick turn around and standard lead options are also available.
Product Assemblies
We're happy to take a customers design through our circuit board manufacturing process but also can provide the same services for full product assembly including, test, burn-in, and fulfillment options.
BGA Rework and XRay
We have the equipment and can perform BGA replacement and rework. This can be applied to any component that can't be replaced with standard handheld rework equipment. We use X-Ray inspsection in our production and rework processes.
Testing Solutions
We can provide test solutions, and execute those test plans as part of our manufacturing processes. Our machine shop can produce bed of nails fixture to more elaborate mfg automation.
